Summer safety tips for KIDS and Elders during summer.

Wear the right clothing- Wear loose-fitting & Light colored clothes. Stay hydrated- Drink plenty of water & juices. Apply sunscreen- Apply sunscreen to avoid sunburn. Stay indoors- Stay indoors between 12-4 in the evening. Airconditioning- Try staying in the air conditioner as much as possible to avoid heat stroke. Wear sunglasses- Protect your eyes from the harmful UV rays. Stay in the Shade- When outside find shade under a tree or a big building . Important for KIDS: Don’t leave your kids in the car as temperatures rise very fast and can lead to heat strokes. Important for SENIORS: Be constantly in contact with them and check their medications thoroughly because certain drugs have adverse effects during summer. If any symptoms like dizziness, nausea, and vomitings are seen immediately call for a physician.
