Grade: 3-5 Time: 5 Minutes Type: Small Groups Formation: Circle Where/How: Standing in place Equipment: Music- To play during game if desired Directions: Students will form a circle . The teacher will pick someone to start the game. On the go the first student will hold their hands palm to palm and extend their arms and point to a student in front of them as they say “Poke” The next student will put their palms together with arms extended pointing at the ceiling and say “mon” The two students next to that student (one their right and one to their left) will now hold their palms together and point to that student and say “Go” The student in the middle will start the cycle again. They will say “Poke” and point to a new student. Keep playing until everyone gets a turn.
