2015 CMS Turkey Bowl Pep Rally

The Turkey Bowl staff vs student game was played on Friday, November 20th. It started with a Pep Rally in the gym to get the school pumped up and ready to cheer. After the national anthem each grade and the staff fielded a "team" to compete in a number of events. First was the tug-of-war. The 6th and 7th grade competed with the 7th grade coming out on top. Next was the 8th grade and staff teams. The 8th graders won - albeit they had about twice as many participants :). Next event was the "wacky relay," which consisted of sprinting, waddling with a balloon, spoon and egg, leapfrog, and making a basketball layup. All teams finished nearly tied. The last event was the dance off and the school really got into it. By the time the music was over everyone was on the floor dancing. The Pep Rally wrapped up with player intros then it was off to the football field.
