So before you text a post something, ask yourself. Would I want the whole world to see this? Or how are my family or friends feel if I post this? Ask these questions to make sure that you do things online that are positive, helpful, or safe. Two. Lock yourself up online and do it often. Everything you do online leaves a digital footprint. If someone did a search about you online, what would they find? Look up your name and usernames online once in a while to see if there's anything you want to keep private.
