The Imagination Song
High School / Arts / Art
I use this original song to help teach my kindergarten students rhyming, vocabulary, and most importantly, imagination.
Talking trees in baby blue boxes. Magenta pink polk-a-dot foxes. Titanium cladded bumblebees. Electric snails that glide down your knees. I've got a good imagination. It's way cooler than your Playstation. I've got a good imagination. When I'm bored it's like a vacation. Jellyfish that like peanut butter. Flying bears that have deers for brothers. Dinosaurs that never went extinct. Hippos that shoot lasers when they blink. I've got a good imagination. It's way cooler than your Playstation. I've got a good imagination. When I'm bored it's like a vacation. Banana houses that you can eat. Rainbow snakes with 100 feet. Rocket bikes that can go the moon. Cows crossed with a purple raccoon. I've got a good imagination. It's way cooler than your Playstation. I've got a good imagination. When I'm bored it's like a vacation. Here I am scaling a volcano. If I believe then that's where I'll go. If I don't try then how will I know? Set my mind on what I want to do. I'm not the only one you can too! You've got a good imagination. It's way cooler than your Playstation. You've got a good imagination. When you use it, it's like a vacation.
