"Super" Ping Pong Ball in Water

Why does this ping pong ball rise up out of the water? Two reasons, (a) the coating on the ball and (b) microgravity. NASA Glenn in Cleveland, Ohio is conducting a challenge for students to develop an object to be expelled from water in microgravity.
