The Printing Data Collection Forms in eSPED
Think sheets in the east bed. Here are two I have found. One is called data collection sheet. It lists the goal and then it's where you could put the dates and your initials, where you took down this information, write something about it, number of prompts, just some different information here. There's also one called another one that's a data collection. And this one is that they have goals and objectives. It will list all the objectives and then it has this recording sheet over here. 5, four, three, two, one. You could assign what a 5 or four, three, two, one would mean you'd have to give some summary of that. I'm going to show you how you can print those. You'll go into E spad.
You'll go to progress reports. Once you get into progress reports, then you're going to pick your student and answer your ferpa question. Once you are there, you'll come to this screen. You'll go to the dropdown menu and go to number 7, which is print multiple progress reports. Once you click on that, all of the students that you work with will pull up. So now you have to click what report do you want. If you want the data collection behavior, that's the first collection form that I showed you. You could click on that and then you'll come down here and you'll click on these little pieces of white paper to show which students you want to find this information on. So you can add as many as you want. And then you go up to the reports, create. You've got to make sure you have a report highlighted. And then hit create, yes, you're saying, okay, I do want this report. It will build the report and take you back to the same screen.
So now then you go to the little gray button that says reports, click on it, and then click on where it says print bundled reports to drop down menu, go to number four, list reports. And then here's all the reports that we have print that you have printed. The last one that I printed is right here. I'll view it, and there's the report, then I can just go up to file and print and it'll print like you would print anything else. This also can be used for when you want to print your IEP goals and objectives for progress reports. So this is a way that you could print all of your kids at one time, or you could just print one kids as well. If you want to use filters, you may do that. Maybe you have only a certain amount or certain students to show up. That is fine as well. Hope you find this helpful. If you find any other reports that you feel are district would be able to use, please let me know and I will share that with the rest of the district.
