Metacognitive Meeting 1- Which early human migration theory do you support and why?

Students in Ms. Qualtere's 5th grade class took part in their first metacognitive meeting last week. We use metacognitive meeting time to reflect on a topic, share our thinking, and, most importantly, make connections to our peers' thinking. The teacher takes a back-row seat as students really explore their deeper thinking about a particular topic.
