Meet Laurie Colwin

“It was the ’80s. It was the age of the powersuit, and the 10-minute meal, and, ‘oh look, we have the microwave ovens.’ And she just dismissed all of that,” says Rosa Jurjevics of her iconic food writer mother, the late Laurie Colwin (1944–1992).
