Resilience is an important strength to have especially in college or at work! The Resilience Mindset for Joy and Success In this resilience online workshop, speaker Michael Wigge presents the seven pillars of resilience. Participants learn with this model how to improve their strength in times of change, stress and crisis. Solution-orientation, networking, future orientation and acceptance of the unchangeable are just a few of the pillars of this model. Michael works interactively with the participants to first work with the group on scaling (0 to 10) how strong everyone may currently be in these individual aspects of the resilience mindset. The second part of this virtual workshop are exercises and tools on how to improve resilience factors in the long run to be fully prepared for any challenges in life to come.
