Google Workspace Contact Sharing
Internet
Hi there, I'm here to show you all the cool things you can do with patronum, the G Suite manager. Today we're showing how you can share your Google contacts with other G Suite users. Paul here has a label within his Google contacts that he needs to share with another G Suite user. Thanks to the patronum Chrome extension, he simply clicks on the share icon, enters the G Suite user he wants to share his label with and select the rights he wants to give. Simple permissions allow you to give people different access to your contacts from read only to full management, where others can edit and reshare your contacts. We can check or modify our settings by clicking on the share icon again. Notice that the label icon has also changed to reflect that it is being shared. The Chrome extension makes changing permissions super easy, simply click and select in order to change from edit to manage. Let us now check in with Gareth as you can see Gareth here has received the shared contact label from poor. Notice again that the label icon has also changed to reflect that it is being shared. As a manager of a shared label, Gareth is also able to reshare the label with other G Suite users, such as Phil. And if you're not a manager, you can request that the owner shares the label with others. So there you have it, share contacts with others in one easy step.
