I have an amazing holiday science experiment you?re gonna wanna see. It?s called the foamy Christmas Tree.
I have two ingredients I?m going to mix together. When those ingredients mixed together I got a chemical reaction that will create a whole bunch of foam. One of the ingredients, I had a green food coloring that will help me create some green foam turning my Christmas Tree from white to green.
Just for my safety I?m gonna put on this shield. Let?s mix the ingredients together and you watch closely.
The reaction is taking place from the inside. And as you can see the green fume spewed out of my Christmas Tree and from white to green. It?s giving a whole bunch of heat that it tells me it?s an exothermic reaction. Pretty cool from Hooked on Science, I?m Jason Lindsey.
