Factoring Trinomials_The Basics

In this video I introduce factoring quadratic functions of the form f(x) = x^2 + bx +c. I use the method of sum/products where I find 2 numbers that add up to "b" and multiply to "c" in x^2+bx+c. All the problems in this video have a coefficient of 1 for "x^2". I do look at the special cases of factoring "perfect square trinomials" and "the difference of 2 squares".
