As a University teacher in China, reaching goals and objectives while observing and assessing ESL/EFL students of a dominant culture can be like shooting in the dark or trying to hit a moving target. This video is a mini-session aimed at promoting the concept of collaboration among teachers, both native English speaking and non-native English speaking, who share cross-curricular students.
