Do you use your armpit when making a batch of fudge? Probably not! Jason Lindsey aka “Mr. Science” with Hooked on Science and a kid scientist show us how to use your armpit to make a sweet science treat called armpit fudge.

Download Armpit Fudge Experiment Guide Here!Do you like fudge?
What about armpit fudge?
It?s delicious and when you eat it, you learn a little more about matter, which is anything that takes up space and has mass.
My science helper, Madigon, is squashing her ingredient under her armpit to make her batch of armpit fudge.
Here are the ingredients that you need. Right now they are in my bag here on the science desk.
About a half a cup of powdered sugar.
1 tablespoon of butter.
2 teaspoons of cream cheese.
1 fourth of a teaspoons of vanilla extract.
And 2 teaspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder.
Madigon, keep mixing that underneath your armpit at a force. And that?s what's happening.
That force from her taking that ingredients and squashing them together in her armpit is mixing up and creating a batch of armpit fudge.
It?s a physical change which is a change that does not result in a new substance.
Madigon, are you ready to taste your armpit fudge? Let?s open it up. I?m sure it?s delicious.
Put your spoon in there and take a bite of your armpit fudge.
Ready?
What do you think?
Madigon: Good.
This is actually pretty good.
Yummy!
For Hooked on Science. I?m Jason Lindsey.
