5th Grade

To add two fifths plus one 5th. We can see the size of our hole, and it's important to remember that we are going to do two fifths of this hole added to one 5th of the same size hole. So there's my two fifths of a hole, and I'm going to combine because adding is combining. I will combine the two fifths with another 5th, and that gives me a total sum of three fifths.
