This is a video of myself doing curl-ups. You must have a carpeted floor, piece of paper, strip of paper(4.5 inches wide), and tape. Tape the strip of paper to the floor and place the other piece of paper under your head. Lie down on the floor, knees bent and finger tips at the edge of the strip(as shown in the video). Make sure your heels are on the floor. Curl-up slowly until your fingertips reach past the strip of paper, then curl back down until your head touches the paper on the floor. Repeat this excercise multiple times.
