And another thing from the picture I see that two baseballs in one soccer ball. Weighs 22 ounces. Now from the picture, I am going to use the middle picture. Because I see a pattern. I see that I can split this right down the middle, and I will know how much a soccer ball and a tennis ball way, and this soccer ball and this tennis ball. So that means that when I split this down the middle, I'm going to draw a line right down the middle. That means that I need two numbers. To add together. To the same numbers that add together to equal 28. So I'm going to draw this box plus this box, has to equal 28. And this has to be the same number same number. So what are two of the same numbers that add together to equal 28? Correct. 14. So 14 plus a 14 is equal to 28.
That's telling me that one soccer ball and one tennis ball has to be 14 pounds. So this is one, 14 ounces. I'm sorry. Ozy. So one soccer and one tennis. This is one soccer. I want to this. Now I'm going to look for another, I'm going to look for one soccer ball in one tennis ball, and these pictures. Here, there are no tennis balls. There are two baseballs. But here in this first picture, I see right here, a soccer ball, and a tennis mode. So this is picture number two. Is where we start it in the middle. Then we're going to go to picture number one. And with picture one, we see. The soccer ball and the tennis ball. And then we see a baseball. What we know is that this one soccer ball, and this one tennis ball, way 14 ounces. So I'm going to put 14 ounces here. So we know that this amount plus this amount, so we know that 14 ounces plus whatever this is is going to give us 19 ounces. If these two are 14 ounces, what's the missing number here to total 19 ounces? That means that this baseball.
Has to weigh 5 ounces. So that's one of our answers. So we can put baseball in 5 ounces. Whilst we know what the baseball is, we can plug in the baseball and picture number three. So now we're going to go to picture number three, and we're going to plug in 5 ounces for the baseball. The baseballs. So when I go here to the picture and I put 5 ounces here and 5 ounces here, I see I have 5 plus 5 plus whatever this number is. That has to equal 22. 5 plus 5 is ten. So what number do I need here to equal 22? Correct. Well.
