Neenah Powell has multi-faceted experience with executive management of organizations; particular strengths include: Developing and implementing innovative programs and products and services. She is accustomed to working with constituent groups including boards, committees, volunteers, and external audiences. Neenah builds, retains exceptional staffs and creates excellent work environments. She oversees, coordinates all aspects of budgeting and financial management. Neenah leads organization and departments through periods of substantial growth and transition. Neenah is also committed to mentoring disadvantaged youth in her community. She participate in several projects where the youth are the focus. Neenah and business partner, Delicia Bowling started the A-Z Alliance Training Program in 2011 to enhance the skill-sets of new graduates looking to start their career in Medical Billing. Given that graduates lack work experience and technical knowledge this program is built on more than 20 years of healthcare reimbursements. The program offers a work-based learning model with professional career mentoring throughout the training. Students are enrolled into a internship that transitions into a paid working apprenticeship where the student continues to learn as they earn. Special pricing is available for those who apply. This program is pending an accreditation from the Illinois Board of Higher Education.
