This true story is to raise educator's awareness. An injury { resulting in DEATH} occurred on district property; a claim was filed w/the Workers' Comp provider & DENIED.B/C she "wasn't in the course & scope of employment when injured/wasn't required to attend the school function/injury OCCURRED AFTER 4:15!!
